Bedroom 1 has a double 4 poster and en-suite facilities.
Bedroom 2 is twin- bedded and has an adjacent shower room with wc & washbasin.
The spacious lounge and dining areas boast stunning views, a log fire, satellite television, video and DVD.
The extensive central terrace has a BBQ and is ideal for outdoor dining and sunbathing.
The villa has ceiling fans in the lounge, kitchen & bedrooms & central heating throughout. The washing machine is in the utility room.
Morning sunrises over the sea are spectacular - as are the hauntingly beautiful Cabrera mountains & Sierras de Bedar, when kissed by the soft rays of the setting sun. Beaches, golf courses & horse-riding stables are all within a 20 minute drive.The region is ideal for swimming, walking, water sports & tennis.There is a wide selection of restaurants where you can sample local specialities as well as international cuisine at reasonable prices.The villa has a 30 foot pool where you can swim & relax on the sunloungers enjoying the tranquillity of the campo. The picture poscard views of the nearby village of Bedar by day can only be surpassed at sun set when the illuminated white village houses take on an almost Biblical appearance. Bedar has a mini-supermarket, bars, bakery, tabacconist and restaurants & is within easy walking distance.
